The bags are gone through stringent checks at all level to ensure quality during making and shipping of our products. Hence we do not cater to Exchange or Return model for our product at the moment.

We do offer small maintenance service of bags up-to the feasible possibility in a finished bag, that after confirmation of repair from our end through mail.
